Our Standard network costs less per month than most IT companies charge for a single hour of work. All of our managed networks are billed on a month-to-month basis, with no long-term contract or commitment.

Full Network Security

All of our managed networks are built around a Security Gateway & Firewall that provides protection against outside cyber attackers by shielding your computer or network from malicious or unnecessary network traffic. We set up your network with separate virtual LANs for financial transactions, employee communications, and customer/guest traffic. A site-to-site virtual private network (VPN) is available for securing and encrypting private data communications traveling over the Internet.

Remote Management

We continuously monitor all of our managed networks from our Network Operations Center, to identify any issues before they can disrupt your business. Should on-site service or support be necessary, we'll dispatch technicians at no extra charge. If you need to change a password, add a device, or troubleshoot an issue, our locally-based tech crew is available seven-days-a-week by phone and email.

Enterprise-Level Performance

Many small and medium-sized businesses run on networking equipment designed for home use. We take a different approach, installing professional-grade equipment capable of supporting high-bandwidth applications and large numbers of simultaneous users. We engineer in reliability, to make sure that no transaction or customer experience is interrupted by a networking issue.

Optional LTE Backup

Our Premium plan includes an upgraded router/gateway, a 16-port switch, three wireless access points, and a backup LTE cellular modem. Should the primary Internet feed every become unavailable, the LTE modem automatically transfers critical transaction data to the cellular network, providing a level of reliability only available on redundant networks.

Optional HD Video & Recording

Many small and medium-sized businesses can reduce risk by monitoring and archiving digital footage from security cameras. Our Premium Plus package adds five high-definition cameras and a digital Network Video Recorder to everything already included in our Premium plan. With 2 terabytes of storage space and motion-activated recording, our video system makes it easy to save and retrieve critical footage.
